The chemical formula of mineral Clinobisvanite is indicated by BiVO4. Mineral Clinobisvanite is also considered as an accessory mineral in pegmatites, as an oxidization product of other bismuth minerals. Mineral Clinobisvanite is commonly found at its type of locality at Yinnietharra Station, Western Australia. This mineral was named for the mineral’s monoclinic crystal system, and BISmuth and VANadium in its composition. Mineral Clinobisvanite is known to crystallize in the monoclinic system of crystal formation. In optical mineralogy, the monoclinic system of crystal formation comprises crystals having three axes of unequal lengths. Two of which are usually found in a position that is oblique or not perpendicular to one another. However, both of which are commonly found perpendicular to the third axis. Mineral Clinobisvanite is usually found colored yellow or orange in hand sample. The density measure of mineral Clinobisvanite is usully found 6.95 per cubic centimeters. Mineral Clinobisvanite is known to be not radioactive.
